Numbers spellchecker

1. The word et occurs only in the numbers 21, 31, 41, 51, 61 and 71:
quarante-et-un, trente-et-un …, soixante-et-onze.

2. Un becomes une before a feminine noun : Il est vingt et une heures.

3. Hyphens are used to link any number below 100 : dix–neuf , quatre–vingt–dix–huit, cent quarante–trois (143)

4. When 20 and 100 are multiplied, they add an "s" :
quatre–vingts (80) , deux cents (200)

// When followed by another number, they don’t : quatre–vingt–six, deux cent deux

5. Mille never adds an s : = En deux mille neuf

6. Years in french: 

1899 : mille huit cent quatre–vingt–dix–neuf    or    dix–huit cent quatre–vingt–dix–neuf

1993: mille neuf cent quatre-vingt-treize     or   dix-neuf cent quatre-vingt-treize

1985: mille neuf cent quatre-vingt-cinq    or    dix-neuf cent quatre-vingt-cinq
